We use milling machine when an object is not suited for 3D-printing, e.g. when a file is not solid. It is slower but that way we are able to do it all. We mill a 3D-file mechanically to wax using Roland milling machine. We can make a casting mold from the milled wax or we can cast the wax directly to the metal.
